PROCEDURES FOR MOVING IN AND OUT

Furniture items and packing boxes are only to be moved during the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm Saturday. NO MOVING IS PERMITTED ON SUNDAYS Before moving please contact the manager to book your time for the lift. The Managers must supervise all movements of goods into or out of the bulding (Note will be taken of the conditionof the walls, carpets etc. The cost of rectifying any damage or cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant/s) When your truck arrives contact the building manager 0438 632 352. The lift and the roller garage door must be locked off before moving. The lift must be padded before moving and moving must only be done in this lift. All trucks must park to one side of the driveway to allow other traffic access. All items must be taken through the garage into the foyer and into the locked off lift. Furniture must not be placed in the foyer area. Access must be left for other tenants to move freely through the foyer. All potted plants being moved into the building must be treated in accordance with the conditions set by the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries to avoid the spreading of fire ants.
